What?

Cibus Global Award is a competition between marketing strategies capable of enhancing, in oversee marketplaces, Italian food excellences. It is a reward for foreign retailers highly oriented to shelf and category management of Made in Italy articles. Evaluation parameters stretches from wideness of commercial selection to number of items per shelf, from trade marketing promotions to in-store information activities. The award is also thought for highlighting some traders’ best-practice able of, in a market where differentiation is lacking, with low orientation to supply-chain dynamics and poor attention to consumers’ needs, not accepting homologation , coming up with new ways of shaping retail-mix, in order to express best products’ value and meet quality-demand emerging from clients.
In order to best assess foreign retailers, Gruppo Food enlaced partnerships with best experts in each market:: Retail Watch in Europe; Mra in the USA; BTG group for Asian market.
