What?

The project “FIPE meeting place”, after the good outcomes of CIBUS 2010, appears as an important event for all the the out-of-home stakeholders, addressing to the independent Ho.Re.Ca. players and to firms which have retailers as a main target-audience.

Market’s needs

Out-of-home food consumptions has been growing constantly during years, mirroring the fluctuating consumers’ needs who for working, studying or pleasure-linked reasons eat very often not at home.
These complex and diversified wants must be met with a wide and competitive offer from the market.

The project

The enterprise-concept is focused on the role of FIPE as major actor in the out-of-home market and on the interaction offered by CIBUS with big players from the food industry.
Professionals attending CIBUS could benefit from a double opportunity: on one hand a joint exhibition area gathering out-of-home companies (specialized wholesale, technologies, wine & spirits, brand beer), and on the other hand a specific meeting place hosting a rich event-schedule regarding the hottest issues of the out-of-home: assessment of recent consumption and purchase trends, vertical relationships food manufacturers-traders, evolution in legislative scenario, presentation of international best-practice and case-study.
