Cibus Talent Academy

Today, all the most dynamic and innovative companies, including those operating in the food industry, are seeking highly specialized young talents. However, bridging the gap between young talents and food companies operating in such complex business environments poses a serious challenge.

Thus, the “Cibus Talent Academy” is born: a special section aimed at promoting a fruitful match between the training world operators and the agri-food companies. Through multilevel collaboration, the Academy wants to inspire the co-creation of highly specialized tailored training paths, in response to the real, concrete needs of the industry.

Located in Hall 7, the “Cibus Talent Academy” is developed in partnership with Cisita Parma, the training institution of UPI (Parma Industrialists Union), and GIA (Group of Artisan Enterprises), an organization of Confindustria in the Parma area. The Academy focuses on high-level training paths and consists of two main components:

– An exhibition area where Cisita Parma showcases its mission and the main training projects already active in the region;

– A scientific area. Throughout the next edition of Cibus, the Talent Academy will host four open-access seminars at the nearby Agorà Innovation. These sessions, conducted in the informal and dynamic format of a “round table,” will allow participants to engage with experts, companies, and young talents. Discussions will cover topics such as sustainability, digital transition, artificial intelligence, gender culture, and STEAM subjects, all in connection with the world of food.
