From today until the 20th of November 2022, the 7th edition of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World. What is this year’s leitmotiv? Conviviality, sustainability and innovation: the ingredients of Italian cuisine for the health of people and the protection of the Planet.
From 15 to 19 October, with SIAL Paris becomes the world capital of food. 310K operators and 7,200 exhibitors from 120 countries, and about 800 Italian companies expected to attend.
